Jeannette was a total star and made not one, but two, 'W' shaped cakes for me for my girlfriend's birthday on new year's day. I needed one 'fake' cake and one real one and had not realised that letter shaped cake tins do not exist! Therefore, expert carving (in both cake and polystyrene!) and icing skills were required. Despite being quite unwell over the Christmas period, Jeannette did a superb job and the two cakes were exactly what I had requested and ready when I needed them. Not only were the cakes fabulous looking, but the 'real' chocolate cake was declared delicious by all those consuming it. Thank you very much Jeannette for all your hard work and for making some birthday wishes come true.

The perfect 40th birthday cake. Jeanette made us a fantastic cake for my husband's birthday. I had sent a pop art picture of Elvis that I wanted as a 'cake topper' and she sourced a high resolution version for me and added her own style to the cake and board. The finished result was amazing - and our guests were all extremely impressed. The cake tasted wonderful and was excellent value for money. I would recommend Jeanette's great cakes without reservation. Thank you!

Jeannette made the most beautiful cake for my wedding! My guests commented that the three-tier cake was "flawless" and indeed it was. Probably the most beautiful and delicious cake I've ever eaten. Jeannette was a pleasure to work with and really customized the cake and made it unique to us. I would recommend her services to anyone who wants a beautiful, custom-made homemade-tasting cake!

I wish to thank Jeannette for her wonderful work on my son's George Pig 3rd Birthday Cake. The attention to detail was superb, it looked absolutely spectacular and tasted wonderful. I had so many commments about it from family and friends and would certainly recommend her. Very reasonably priced as well. Her personal approach and friendly attitude was very helpful and welcoming. 10 out of 10.

My Grandma recommended Jeannette's Great Cakes and I am sooo pleased we used her! The cake was absolutely amazing, I didn't want to cut it! I had named my car after a Disney character, Dory from finding nemo (wouldn't believe I turned 18!), so I hoped for a Dory cake and it was spot on. We asked Jeannette to make our wedding cake after seeing some designs on her website and talking with her on the telephone. We went to visit her and she helped us to design our own cake. She was very patient, dedicated, friendly and guided us through the right way. It was the most amazing experience we had in preparing the wedding.

After Jeannette made a 50th Anniversary Cake for my Parents in June I asked her to make a 21st Cake in the shape of a Liverpool Shirt for my son Kevin. Jeannette was very helpful and totally open to all my very specific ideas for a cake for my best friend's baby shower. The cake was beautiful, just what I had in mind (check out the pics on her website), was very reasonably priced and tasted delicious!! I could have eaten the whole thing! Would definitely recommend.

We had a fabulous cake for our daughter's 5th Birthday from Jeannette. Have always gone for shop-bought before, but Jeannette made a fantastic chocolate sponge and did a gorgeous Hungry Caterpillar top, decorating the board with Smarties. It was just lovely. I couldn't keep the kids' hands off it! We haven't eaten so good a cake in years. Will definitely be returning for future celebrations!

I was given jeanettes details from my sister law who also purchased her daughters birthday cake from her. I had been looing at cakes for his first bithday party and wantedi it to be special. I was looking at cakes that were priced at 3-400 pounds through different websites and my sister in law thought i was being ridiculous!!! Soi contacted Jeanette and discussed my needs and was pleasantly suprised at the price i was quoted!z,! The cake looked fantastic and tasted great and my sons cake is still in the picture gallery!!! Would definately recommend to any and everyone!!!

A huge thanks to Jeanette for a superbly decorated cake! My Mom loved the cake and the attention to detail was second to none, even down to a model of my Mom's cat. She cried with tears of joy when she saw the cake and had to be convinced to actually eat it. The carrot cake which was not an ordinary carrot cake ( with coconut and rum soaked raisins) was sublime! It was so nice to have an option that was different from the standard sponge varieties. Your manner was always friendly and we spoke as if we had know each other for ages. I am already planning my next cake order. Thanks so much for making my Mom's birthday extra special.

Thank you so so so much amazingly talented Jeannette for yet another show stopping cake. Darth Vader took centre-stage at Harry's "Sith " Birthday party and his little face was a picture when he saw it. It pained both him and I to cut into it although the smell and taste of that delicious chocolate sponge soon erased any pain! The children and parents were queuing up for the cake and the children wolfed down the Light Saber cupcakes as soon as they laid eyes on them. I would honestly recommend going to Jeannette for anyone who wants an occasion cake.
I was completely unorganised as always and Jeannette managed to squeeze in my order just a couple of days before my mums 50th. I was so grateful! In addition, Jeannette was so friendly and kept in contact the whole time answering any queries I had.
Best of all, the cake was amazing, everyone at the party was commenting about how lovely it tasted and it looked perfect!

My mums birthday cake turned out amazing. I got the chance to sit down with Jeanette and got to give the cake a personal touch with my ideas. It came out 10x better then i imagined and cant imagine the time that went into making all the small handbags and minor details on the cake. She was very surprised and everyone who saw the cake could not believe how amazingly beautiful it was. It tasted amazing and was the softest cake I had ever eaten. I have now put in another order for my dads retirement cake.

Jeannette has been amazing throughout the whole process of designing this and making it all come together for our Wedding Cake through to the final touches e.g. broach & piping on the cake. We were absolutely chuffed with the end result and the cake was a massive hit... it got demolished!

We called Jeannette at short notice as she was local in the hope that as she was local whe might be able to help us out. Despite being very busy she managed to fit in our cake and was very flexible on our collection time too!All through the order it was a thoroughly professional and friendly service and the ckae itself was finished to a very high standard and tasted great.
I would definitely recommend Jeannette to anyone who wanted acake to celebrate a special occassion.

Jeannette is amazing! She created my three tier wedding cake of all different flavours. She is so professional and her cakes really are the best I have ever tasted. So when my daughter wanted a gruffalo birthday cake I called her and she was amazing! So many ideas! Exactly what my little girl wanted. It doesn't matter if it is a wedding or a birthday cake she really does an amazing job! Will continue ordering cakes for her for years to come!

Jeanette did an absolutely amazing job on our wedding cake. It was so beautiful - it was exactly what we wanted. The guests loved it and we even managed to save the top tier for ourselves! I think organising our cake was one of the easiest things on our to-do list. She was easy and professional to work with and took care of it all without any hassle. Got in touch with Jeannette with regards to creating my daughters 30th birthday cake.
I can't believe my delight when. I turned up only 7 days later to see the work of art that she created in
in such a short space of time. It was exactly what I asked for via email, and the attention
To every detail was just amazing. At the party and the cutting of the cake, well the cake was perfect
Inside, the sponge was beautiful, moist and with the buttercream was so nice to eat.
My daughter was so overjoyed with the cake as she hadn't seen it until her party.

Jeanette created a beautifully cute cake for my daughter's baptism. We chose the lemon cake with lemon curd and buttercream and everybody commented on how moist and tasty it was. I'd requested a cake based on all the bits I liked from looking through the cake gallery and she followed it perfectly. She took copious notes and asked questions / made suggestions to make sure every detail was covered. We couldn't have been happier. I would definitely recommend using Jeanette.

I am very grateful to Jeanette for making a beautiful 2 -tier cake for my Baby's baptism . It was a very last minute order, but the quality of Jeanette's job was astounding .
She was very precise in the design and the cake and custom made the cake the way I desired it to be .
Everyone at the Baptism were amazed and it was no doubt the centre piece of the reception ! I must say I am very pleased and would definitely recommend her ! I have to add that the price was very reasonable given the work put in .Ihad asked a few people before and couldn't afford the exorbitant prices .

Jeannette made us a beautiful 4 tier wedding cake with butterflies flying up the side at only 2 weeks notice when another supplier let us down. She took a lot of care to deliver exactly what we requested and the cakes were delicious. We got lots of wonderful feedback from our guests and are really grateful that we found her at the last minute to help us out. An extremely professional service that we would highly recommend!

Jeanette made my granddaughters christening cake on 18 June 2017
It was a two tiered one with vanilla sponge on bottom and a lemon
sponge on top finished with a big pink edible bow.
Visually the cake was amazing drawing many people's admiration
and tasting wise I would say the best cake I have ever eaten and
all of it was cut up and eaten with everyone commenting on the taste

Everyone loved the exercising silhouettes decorating the cake as well as the very tasty cake underneath the decoration. Definitely my place to go for any other special cakes.

Jeannette made our wedding cake and we were blown away by the result. I showed her a picture of a Lego wedding cake and she did it complete justice, nothing was too much trouble. We could pick all the flavours we wanted and she helped us in getting it the right size so all our guests had some and we could have a little left over. She also made a gluten free cutting cake for our ceoliac guests. She delivered it directly to our venue and set it up my husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing,
All of our guests were hugely impressed by the cake my mum keeps saying that next to the bride it was the most photographed thing and she was right as we caught the staff at our venue taking photos of it as well.
I would recommend Jeannette to anyone who has a big event or Birthday she is fabulous.
